FOR DEVELOPERS & TENANTS · RIVERSIDE COUNTY
Your next location.
The right construction connections.
Opening a store, renovating a restaurant or moving a property project forward? Finding suitable partners and aligning landlord, tenant and construction scope should not be another guessing game. Share your project and timing; we'll review the needs and pursue purposeful local connections.
Tell Us About Your ProjectProperty plans. Business openings. Local relationships.
LOCAL RELATIONSHIPS. A REGIONAL MISSION.
Build the project. Strengthen the community.
A property plan or new business location needs the right construction relationships. We are developing local ties to help clarify requirements, review suitable partners and coordinate a purposeful next step.
Build America is developing a regional coalition connecting economic development leaders, government, developers, tenant representatives, general contractors, local trade businesses, unions and workforce partners across Riverside County and the Inland Empire.
Our veteran-first mission extends to regional workforce growth, training and real employment. Unions are a core pathway alongside employers and training partners.
EXPERIENCE FROM EMPOWER AMERICA
On the Westmont project in Los Angeles, Empower America, Build America's predecessor, identified, interviewed and approved 50 veterans, referred them to Laborers Local 300 for union entry and equipment, and they were placed on the Westmont project.
Local participation worth measuring.
Measurable local hiring, veteran career pathways and local business participation can support community relationships and public communications. Only actual, agreed and verified outcomes may be reported. Workforce pathways remain separate from subcontract-company bids and awards.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Clarify the scope. Build the right conversation.
Share the project and your role
Tell us the location, intended opening or project window, scope and whether a GC is already selected. Include landlord and tenant responsibilities that need coordination.
Review the requirements together
A person reviews your enquiry and follows up by email to clarify partner needs, scope boundaries and requirements.
Pursue suitable connections
Explore relevant construction partners or introductions supporting your selected GC. You and your project team evaluate credentials, agree responsibilities and control contracts and delivery.
START WITH YOUR PROJECT
A property plan or a business opening. Let's understand the need.
For developers & property managers
Share development, renovation or property-work requirements. We can review the construction relationships you need, including where no GC has been selected.
For tenants & tenant representatives
Share your store, restaurant or business-location plans. Clarify landlord versus tenant scope, your opening window and where partner support could help.
Build America connects construction partners; we are not a licensed general contractor.
PERMITTING & PROJECT READINESS
A shorter path through permitting for Build America partners.
As a Build America partner, we help organize requirements, coordinate next steps and identify expedited-review options where your project qualifies, then connect construction timing with trade and workforce needs. Agencies make permit decisions.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Clear responsibilities.
Purposeful connections.
Can I enquire before selecting a general contractor?
Yes. Tell us whether a GC is selected and what support you seek. We can review potential construction-partner connections; you select, qualify and contract with your construction team.
What if my landlord or GC already has a team?
Share the existing responsibilities and any gaps. Introductions should respect landlord requirements, your selected GC’s process and agreed scope, not create a competing or disconnected team.
Will Build America manage or guarantee construction?
No. We facilitate relationships and reviewed introductions, not licensed GC services, permit decisions or professional permit expediting, construction management or guaranteed delivery. Our Project Readiness Review offers coordination support only. Your appointed professionals remain responsible for those roles.
Is my submission a public project listing?
No. It is a private, unreviewed enquiry in our shared network. Submission does not mark it verified or publish it. A person reviews first; no email or outreach is automatically sent or scheduled.
Does local participation guarantee positive publicity?
No. Only actual, agreed and verified local hiring, veteran career or business-participation outcomes may be reported. Publicity, workforce availability and impact are not guaranteed.
