RIVERSIDE COUNTY · INLAND EMPIRE

The region’s growth
should include you.

Build America is creating a pathway for local businesses and workers to take part in Riverside County’s development, connecting project relationships, construction partners and workforce opportunities for the long term.

One regional mission. Start with the pathway that fits your business or project.

OUR ROOTS · EMPOWER AMERICA

Built on service.
Growing regional opportunity.

We began with a clear mission: help veterans turn military service into construction careers.

Empower America brought public agencies, labor partners and employers together to create pathways into real work. Build America carries that effort forward, building on its experience, not starting from zero.

THE MISSION CONTINUES

From military service
to construction careers.

Veterans remain central as Build America expands opportunity for the region’s diverse workforce.

Veterans remain integral.
The opportunity grows wider.

Today, Build America is broadening that mission to the region’s diverse workforce and local businesses. In Riverside County and the Inland Empire, we’re developing connections among economic development leaders, government, developers, tenant representatives, general contractors, trade businesses, unions and training partners.

That coordination helps people and businesses understand requirements, prepare for suitable opportunities and reach the right contacts. These relationships are being built, not a secured backlog or a guarantee of work.
